Curators and playlists invited to join our network must meet analytical requirements to showcase their network and its engagement on a consistent basis.
Introductory email sent with every order provides additional information on your campaign. Each campaign generally takes between 1-2 weeks to complete. To request for updates on the status of your campaign, please visit our support page. It's best practice to request for updates after one week from the day you first placed your order. This provides sufficient time for our partners to review and consider your submission. We promptly respond to all update requests within 12-24 hours.
